HOW KEALA WORKS
Start with the meeting. Not the flight search.
Most travel tools ask where you want to fly. Keala starts with what actually matters: where your executive needs to be, when they need to be ready, and what happens on the way there and back.
01
Open the meeting
Open the Outlook meeting that requires travel and choose Keala. Review the destination and meeting time, then confirm the executive's travel preferences.
02
Keala evaluates the trip
Reliability: Connections, disruption exposure and itinerary resilience.
Readiness: Arrival timing, sleep opportunity and readiness for the meeting.
Travel quality: Routing, aircraft, seats and the executive's preferences.
Return home: The quality of the trip doesn't stop when the meeting ends.
03
Get the recommendation
Keala gives you the recommended trip, the main reason, the key risk and the next action, with the strongest suitable alternative when one is available. Use PDF or Copy plan to prepare the handoff to your booking provider.

Munich Board Meeting
WHY THIS TRIP
Best balance of meeting readiness, overnight sleep and recovery options.
KEY RISK
Allow time for the airport transfer before the meeting. A suitable alternative appears when available.
THE DIFFERENCE
Flights are options. Keala makes the decision easier.
A faster flight isn't always the better business trip. Keala considers the entire journey around the meeting so an EA can recommend the option that works best for the executive.
The meeting matters. So does how they arrive.
Outlook pilot by invitation. Planned public price: $49 per Executive Assistant per month, with a 14-day trial of up to five trips. Paid subscriptions are not yet available. Google Calendar coming soon.
