About Keala
Keala provides decision-support tools intended to help users evaluate business-travel options and travel readiness. Keala provides recommendations and information; it is not a travel agency, airline, booking service or travel-management company.
Using Keala
You may use Keala only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your account.
Travel recommendations
Keala recommendations are decision-support information and should not be treated as guarantees. Flight schedules, availability, operational conditions, travel times, policies and other circumstances may change.
Users remain responsible for verifying itinerary details, availability, entry requirements, travel documents, company policies and other relevant information before making or changing travel arrangements.
No booking relationship
Keala does not book or issue airline tickets, hotel reservations or other travel products. If Keala provides a link to a third-party travel or booking service, any resulting transaction is between you and that third party and is subject to that provider's terms.
Accounts and subscriptions
Certain Keala features may require an account or paid subscription. Pricing, trial terms and subscription conditions displayed when purchasing the service form part of these Terms.
Third-party services
Keala relies on third-party services and data sources, including Microsoft and travel-data providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or operation of independent third-party services.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Keala, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where permitted by law, or use Keala in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
